Jamie Kinloch was amazing. He was knowledgeable, no question was a stupid question and he was patient/supportive with my IT ineptitude. He has offered on-going support beyond the sale (invaluable) and I am going to highly recommend him to others.

For somebody who has never been to the dealership before the entrance is confusing; the Mini flags are adjacent to the entrance of a different business. Could be dangerous on the busy road.

It was just an average service and MOT. They told me that I had a puncture in one of my new tyres so I took it to the tyre garage and I didn't have a puncture?

Jamie was fantastic and thorough throughout the whole process. On the test drive everything was explained in detail. The sale of the car was so easy and straight forward, Jamie explained everything as we went along.
